Thank you all for the support in raising awareness of the need to equal access to chemotherapy for ALL patients across Canada. I am happy that there was a significant amount of news coverage when CanCertainly released the story a couple weeks back. Many people, even close friends, were shocked and had no idea that I was paying out of pocket for my chemo in 2012. I really hope that we can change this before I need to go back on it (cause we don’t have $120,000 + for that round!).
Yesterday a new video was released to keep the campaign going and continue raising awareness.
